Managing a server
Schedules
Restart, back up or run a command automatically.
A schedule does something to a server at set times.
What it can do
- Restart, start or stop the server.
- Take a backup.
- Run a console command, such as
say The server restarts in 5 minutes.
When
Every day at a time, every week on a day and time, or every few hours. Times use the clock of the computer Consolry runs on.
Things to know
- Schedules only run while Consolry is running. Set it to run in the background.
- A daily or weekly run that was missed because the computer was off is skipped, not run late.
- A console command only works while the server is running.
- Run now tries a schedule straight away. Pause keeps it without running it.
A nightly restart and a daily backup are a good start.
