Managing a server
Players
See who is online, and manage the whitelist, operators and bans.
The Players tab is available on Minecraft servers.
- Online lists who is connected. Each player has Make operator, Kick and Ban.
- Whitelist: when it is on, only listed players can join. Add a name and turn it on before you share your address with anyone.
- Operators can run every command in the game. Give this to people you trust.
- Banned lists banned players, with Unban.
The lists are read from the server's files, so you can see them while it is off. Adding, removing, kicking and banning go through the game itself, so they need the server to be running.
