Running Consolry
Running in the background
Keep your servers up after you close the window or restart.
Your servers only run while Consolry runs.
Windows
Consolry runs from an icon in the notification area and has no window to close by accident. Right-click the icon and tick Start when I sign in to bring it back after a restart.
Linux
consolry -autostart on
sudo loginctl enable-linger $USER
The first line installs a background service for your user. The second keeps it running while you are signed out.
Stopping safely
Use Quit and stop servers on Windows, or stop the service on Linux. Consolry tells each server to stop and waits for it to save before exiting. Ending the program from Task Manager, or pulling the power, skips that and can lose recent changes to a world.
After a restart
Consolry comes back, but your servers stay off until you start them. To start one automatically, add a schedule or start it from the panel.
